Description
Adoray Home Health and Hospice is looking for a weekend Registered Nurse who works in coordination with the Registered Nurse Case Manager. The primary duties include providing hospice nursing care by performing specialized procedures, preparing equipment and materials for treatments, observes aseptic technique as required, and assists the patient in learning appropriate self-care techniques. The RN completes all necessary documentation and participates in other activities as assigned.
Schedule: Every other Saturday and Sunday 8am to 8pm. Approximately 24 hours bi weekly.

Minimum Qualifications
- ADN
- Two years of home care and/or hospice experience preferred.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
- Current Wisconsin RN license required.
- Current Wisconsin driver's license.
- Able to take on call responsibilities on rotating basis.
- Excellent communication skills.
