Adoration Health is growing in West Tennessee. Now seeking LPN for Private Duty case. We offer:

Pediatric G-tube patient - 40 hrs per week (flexible)
3 days during the week & 1 weekend day
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients in the home setting, which includes a wide range of medical procedures and involves monitoring patient status, compliance and performance procedures, which may or may not include working with a ventilator, tracheostomy, and G-tubes.
Deliver care based on Standards of Practice for the State of Tennessee and must be compliant with company policy and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Must possess valid LPN License in the State of Tennessee or a compact state.
Must possess current CPR certification.
Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, or access to reliable transportation.
One year healthcare experience is required.
