Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Closing Two-year-old Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum tailored to two-year-olds, incorporating literacy education, motor skills development, and social-emotional learning.
  • Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for toddlers.
  • Engage children in educational play, storytelling, and structured lessons to promote early childhood development.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress through observation and standardized testing when applicable.
  • Utilize behavior management techniques to foster positive behavior and social skills among children.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children's progress and address individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, lesson plans, and developmental milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and safety standards during all activities.
  • Support classroom management strategies that promote independence, curiosity, and respect among children.

Experience

  • Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is preferred.
  • Knowledge of childhood development theories, Montessori methods, or early intervention programs is advantageous.
  • Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management for toddlers or preschoolers.
  • Familiarity with special education strategies, behavior management techniques, and literacy education for young children.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members.
  • Background in early childhood education or related certifications is highly desirable. This role is ideal for passionate educators committed to fostering early learning experiences that support the growth of two-year-olds in a caring environment.
