Community Partnerships Director (Rainmaker) Bilingual HT/ES

Compensation: $3,000–$3,500/month base KPI bonus up to $1,000/month (aggregate performance; not tied to specific cases or fees)
About the Role
We’re a PI Immigration law firm expanding our Fort Pierce office. Your job is simple: fill the pipeline through partnerships and community events and convert that demand into booked strategy sessions (SS) for our consultants.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage 10 anchor partnerships (churches, ESL programs, community orgs, ethnic groceries, barbershops, sports leagues) within 30 days; 20 by 90 days.
- Plan and host 3 workshops per week (evenings/Saturdays): immigration (TPS/asylum/work permits) and personal injury (“First 7 Days After a Crash” education).
- Run one TikTok/FB Live weekly from the office (HT/ES).
- Drive a weekly target of ≥35 qualified leads and ≥20 booked SS via QR/SMS/WhatsApp flows.
- Coordinate closely with the intake (“Dragon”) team for TTFC < 5 minutes and show rate ≥70%.
- Keep a tight calendar and submit a Friday 2 pm dashboard with next week’s events and goals.
Requirements
- Bilingual: Haitian Creole and/or Spanish required (both preferred).
- Proven community outreach or business development track record (events, partnerships, local media).
- Comfortable on camera/live streams; excellent public speaking.
- Evenings and some Saturdays required.
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Nice to Have
- Prior work with immigrant communities or healthcare/education partners.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, TikTok, and light CRM use.
