You are the first point of contact for adults seeking substance use and mental health treatment. What You'll Do
- Respond to all new inquiries same day via phone and email
- Conduct consultative intake calls to assess needs, gather information, and determine level of care fit (PHP/IOP)
- Manage a personal admissions pipeline from first contact through enrollment; report pipeline status weekly
- Meet and exceed individual enrollment targets
- Complete outbound follow-up on warm leads, pending applications, and stalled prospects
- Schedule enrollment appointments with at least 48 hours' notice; keep team updated on changes
- Coordinate with clinical staff to support smooth transitions from inquiry to admission
- Ensure all enrollment documentation is complete and filed by end of business on enrollment date
- Maintain same-day CRM documentation on all contacts and activity
- Build and maintain referral source relationships over time; document all contacts same day
What We're Looking For
- 2 years in behavioral health admissions, substance use treatment, healthcare sales, or a high-volume client-facing role
- Track record of meeting or exceeding conversion or enrollment targets
- CRM proficiency
- Consultative communicator — you listen first, then guide
- Empathetic and steady in emotionally charged conversations
- Highly responsive, self-directed, and accountable in a remote environment
- Familiarity with substance use disorder and/or adult mental health treatment settings
- Working knowledge of insurance benefits verification and utilization review processes
