What You’ll DoIn this role you’ll take the lead in our onsite kitchen, preparing fresh, appealing meals for teens in our residential care setting. Your responsibilities include:Preparing, cooking, and presenting daily meals for adolescents ages 12–17Coordinating all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth meal service from prep to platingCreating and following recipes, developing new dishes, and planning exciting daily and weekly specialsPreparing cold items and handling frying, grilling, and sautéingMaintaining clean, safe, and organized workstationsEnsuring top-tier hygiene and food safety standardsManaging and lifting kitchen equipment, pots, and supplies as neededSupporting a structured, positive environment that contributes to client wellnessOccasionally mentoring or teaching teens who participate in kitchen-related activities What We’re Looking ForWe’d love to meet candidates who bring heart, creativity, and a strong culinary foundation.
