This is an in-office/in-person opportunity located in Lombard, ILGENERAL SUMMARY/BASIC PURPOSE OF JOB:The therapist is responsible for providing psychotherapy and other treatment services that affirm clients' strengths, broaden their problem-solving abilities, and increase their self-knowledge. Therapist is responsible to ensure that appropriate documentation is completed that is required for billing and coding. It is preferred that the therapist uses evidence based practices in the delivery of services. The therapist acts as a mentor and leader to newer staff and Masters level students. Candidates must have exceptionally strong interpersonal skills, clinical insight, and comfort/experience working with individuals and groups. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Providing the following services: Individual, group and family psychotherapy - Use of evidence based practicesDevelopment of client centered treatment plans/goals that are measurable, observable and time sensitiveMentor new staff and studentsAccurate and timely completion of required documentation in the Electronic Health RecordIntake and assessment of psychotherapy clientsAccurate and regular reporting to clinical supervisorOther duties as assignedMINIMUM EDUCATION:Minimum of Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related behavioral health that is a license eligible degree.REQUIRED LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS:Licensure: LPC, LSW or eligible to obtain Company DescriptionAdolescent Growth Inc. is a healthcare holding company based in Pasadena.
