Join our dedicated team at Adolescent Growth, a residential adolescent treatment center providing therapeutic and academic support to youth ages 12–17. As a Classroom Instructor / Academic Coordinator, you’ll create a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment where students can grow academically and emotionally while working toward credit recovery and personal success. What You’ll DoTeach and support adolescents in small classroom settings using creative, age-appropriate methods.Develop and implement individualized academic treatment plans within 72 hours of intake.Collaborate closely with a partnering schools to align curriculum, track progress, and ensure credit transfer.Evaluate each student’s academic level and adjust lessons to meet their unique learning styles and emotional needs.Generate weekly progress reports and communicate regularly with parents, treatment teams, and school partners.Maintain an organized, welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning and emotional stability.Participate in treatment team meetings to integrate academics into overall care plans.Serve as a liaison between home schools, charter schools, and the residential program to coordinate assignments and testing.Support students during test preparation and supervise them during charter school visits.
