Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs outbound calls to our members to schedule their wellness assessments on behalf of the health insurance in the home or via telehealth
- Responsible for the management of calendar and ensuring their schedules are full
- Proactively reviews, monitors, and adjust calendars for max efficiency
- Provides rapid support and timely response to operations teams
- Handles last-minute scheduling cancellations or revisions
Required Knowledge/Skills:
- Entry-level position
- Knowledge standard office procedures, including oral and written communication skills
- Competency in the use of computer technology
- Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance
- Ability to maintain professionalism in all forms of communication
- Ability to multitask
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- One year experience cold calling (preferred)
- On-site training provided
- One year customer service experience (preferred)
