Job Title: Energy Efficiency Customer Care AgentJob Description:Our client, a leader in utility energy efficiency programs, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Care Agent to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to support commercial and residential energy programs while providing excellent service to program participants.Key Responsibilities:Process energy incentive applications, reviewing for eligibility.Provide inbound and outbound support to applicants and program participants via phone and online chatPerform back-office processing in support of utility clients and their customersAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and quality standardsMaintain confidentiality of client and customer informationPerform data-intensive tasks accurately while meeting deadlinesAdapt quickly to process changes and contribute to team problem-solving effortsQualifications & Skills Required:Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong data entry skills and attention to detail; ability to type 4550 WPMExcellent analytical, writing, and communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with internal staff, clients, and vendorsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze situations and recommend solutionsFlexible and adaptable, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm for helping program participantsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentHigh school diploma or GEDExcel and database navigation skills are requiredPreferred Experience:Experience in application processing, customer service, and a fast-paced environmentAdNet is built on the foundation of unconditional Acceptance and Belonging in our practices, processes, and relationships.
