Job Description:
Our client, a leader in utility energy efficiency programs, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Care Agent to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to support commercial and residential energy programs while providing excellent service to program participants.
Key Responsibilities:

Process energy incentive applications, reviewing for eligibility.

Provide inbound and outbound support to applicants and program participants via phone and online chat

Perform back-office processing in support of utility clients and their customers
-
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and quality standards

Maintain confidentiality of client and customer information
-
Perform data-intensive tasks accurately while meeting deadlines
-
Adapt quickly to process changes and contribute to team problem-solving efforts
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong data entry skills and attention to detail; ability to type 45–50 WPM

Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with internal staff, clients, and vendors

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze situations and recommend solutions

Flexible and adaptable, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
High school diploma or GED
Excel and database navigation skills are required
