A fast-growing, innovative staffing organization is seeking a highly driven Sr. Sales Executive with strong experience in Professional Staffing (IT, Engineering, Finance & Accounting). This fully remote role focuses heavily on new client acquisition, selling staffing and recruitment solutions to Enterprise and Mid-Market organizations.
If you are not a natural hunter, this position is not the right fit.
You will help expand both Direct Hire and Contingent Staffing services, as well as a proprietary MSP-style service model for direct hire recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and acquire new clients within Fortune 1000 and mid-sized companies.
Manage the complete sales cycle from outreach to onboarding.
Lead complex sales processes and influence multiple decision-makers.
Consistently achieve assigned sales quotas.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Must-Have Qualifications
7 years of experience selling Professional Staffing services, specifically in:
IT staffing
Finance & Accounting staffing
Engineering staffing
Proven success in acquiring new clients (hunter mentality is required).
Strong network within the Talent Acquisition, Procurement, MSP, and Contingent Workforce communities.
Established relationships with senior decision-makers across tech, engineering, and finance organizations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Ability to travel 2-3 times per year for industry events.
Tech-savvy: proficient with Zoom, CRM systems (Dynamics preferred), and MS Office Suite.
Must reside in the United States.
