Summary
We are seeking an onsite Bilingual IT Tech Specialist to support both office employees and retail store teams. This role requires hands-on technical support across hardware, software, networking, SAP, and point-of-sale (POS) systems. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, resourceful, and capable of troubleshooting in a fast-paced, mixed office/retail environment.
Responsibilities Technical Support

Provide day-to-day IT support for office and retail staff.

Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and POS terminals.

Set up and configure new equipment (PCs, monitors, scanners, registers, etc.).

Install software, perform OS updates, and apply security patches.

Support SAP-related issues (access, printing, basic error resolution).

Troubleshoot POS hardware including printers, scanners, and payment terminals.

Ensure stable wired and wireless network connectivity.

Assist with basic network troubleshooting and escalation as needed.

Maintain IT asset inventory and accurate documentation.

Support onboarding and offboarding (hardware setup, accounts, access).

Manage and respond to helpdesk tickets, escalating when necessary.

Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs or service.
Requirements Minimum Qualifications

Bilingual in Korean and English.

2 years of IT support experience, preferably in mixed office/retail settings.

Experience with Windows OS, macOS, Apple iOS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.

Familiarity with remote support tools, imaging software, and ticketing systems.

Ability to lift/move IT equipment (up to 50 lbs).

Strong communication, customer service orientation, and problem-solving abilities.

Available for onsite support at both office and retail locations.

BS/BA in Computer Science or related field.

Experience with SAP and POS troubleshooting (preferred but not required).

CompTIA A , Network , or equivalent certifications.
