Job Title: Document Imaging Specialist

Job Summary:
The Document Imaging Specialist will support Ricoh’s Managed Services operations by handling mail processing, document scanning, and faxing functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks independently toward the end of their shift. This role requires professionalism, strong time management skills, and basic computer proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Open, sort, and prepare incoming mail for scanning and digital processing.

Operate scanners and fax machines to convert documents into electronic format.

Ensure image quality and accuracy during the scanning process.

Maintain and organize physical and digital files in accordance with company procedures.

Assist in general mailroom operations as needed.

Maintain an organized and clean workstation to prevent errors and ensure workflow efficiency.

Report any equipment malfunctions or workflow issues promptly to the manager.

Complete all required logs, paperwork, and data entry accurately and on time.

Adhere to Ricoh’s PS production and quality standards.

Support team operations while also working independently during portions of the shift.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Basic PC and typing skills required.
