Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Accurately collect and record data on client progress
Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment
Schedule:
Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts)
Flexible scheduling based on availability
Requirements:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
Previous experience in ABA or working with children is a plus, but not required
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
