Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop personalised care plans.
- Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention programmes based on evidence-based practices.
- Lead and supervise behaviour technicians and other team members to ensure consistent application of behavior strategies.
- Provide training and ongoing support to staff, families, and caregivers to promote effective behavioral management techniques.
- Analyse data to evaluate programme effectiveness and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with organisational policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for clients.
- Promote positive behavior change through evidence-based interventions and behavioural techniques.
- Holds a valid certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), and LBA in Maryland.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans within diverse settings.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to clients, families, and team members.
- Proficiency in IT systems utilised for data collection, analysis, and reporting purposes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising or mentoring junior staff or trainees.
- Experience in creating effective care plans tailored to individual client needs.
