This role is responsible for accurately picking, building, and loading orders in a high-volume warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Pick and build orders using handheld scanners and warehouse systems Load and stage products for delivery Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, rider jacks, pallet jacks) Follow all safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Maintain a clean, organized warehouse Work as part of a team to meet nightly production goals Assist with occasional customer loading as needed Physical Requirements Lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly Handle high-volume workloads (up to - 1,750cases per shift during pear) Stand and move for 8 hours on concrete floors Perform continuous physical labor in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Strong attendance and reliability Ability to work independently and within a team Willingness to learn warehouse equipment and systems Basic experience using smartphones or mobile apps Preferred: Warehouse, fulfillment, or labor experience Experience with forklifts or pallet jacks Familiarity with scanning systems or warehouse software Work Environment & Benefits Safety-focused workplace (high-visibility gear provided) Safety-toe shoe reimbursement ($100/year) Team-oriented culture Advancement opportunities for top performers QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
