We’re looking for passionate, reliable professionals for roles such as: • Delivery Driver (CDL & Non CDL) • CDL A Delivery Drivers Delivery & Logistics Champion • Safely operate commercial trucks to deliver Pepsi products across assigned local routes • Ensure timely, accurate deliveries and complete route paperwork/invoicing • Manage product accountability and settlements with precision Customer Service & Merchandising Pro • Be the face of our locally owned business at every stop • Build strong relationships with store managers and staff • Stock shelves, build attractive displays, set up in-store promotions, and rotate products • Troubleshoot issues on the spot to keep customers satisfied Physical & Technical Expert • Operate pallet jacks/hand trucks • Perform heavy lifting (60–85 lbs.) in a fast-paced, hands-on environment • Use handheld devices to track deliveries and ensure accuracy What We’re Looking For (Who Thrives Here) • Valid Class A CDL (No restrictions) • Ability to drive a manual transmission tractor • A clean MVR and commitment to safe driving • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift, push, pull, and move quickly • Customer-service driven, organized, accurate, and solution-oriented • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Why You’ll Love Working with Us Local Routes & Community Impact, you’ll be home daily (With a 4/10s schedule) and you’ll see firsthand the difference we make in local grocery stores, small businesses, events, and fundraisers.
