Key Responsibilities
- Function as the primary liaison between Admiral and client representatives.
- Ensure contract deliverables are met.
- Manage assigned security projects.
- Conduct training programs (e.g., Active Shooter, Suspicious Activity Reporting, Workplace Violence, CPR/AED).
- Foster relationships with public-private partnerships including local law enforcement and professional associations.
- Collaborate with D.C. BIDs and MPD to address incidents and security issues.
- Draft and distribute internal and external communications.
- May evaluate certain elements of the security programs and provide improvement recommendations for the clients review and adoption.
- Conduct security investigations.
- Respond to security incidents in accordance with site post orders, company policy and procedures.
- Report incidents and issues to client and Admiral senior management.
- Conduct security reviews and submit comprehensive reports as requested.
- Provide day-to-day leadership of the onsite security team and ensure high performance and customer service.
- Develop, challenge, and motivate site teams.
- Ensure employees are trained according to Admiral standards, contract requirements, and licensing authority requirements.
- Address disciplinary issues per company policy and procedures.
- Ensure post orders and administrative documents are maintained and updated.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of relevant security equipment in accordance with the site post orders.
- Complete routine administrative functions, including data tracking, payroll for staff, paperwork, reporting, and maintaining certifications.
- Submit weekly reports.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients and employees.
- Conduct periodic after-hours and weekend site visits.

Job Requirements
- 5 years of leadership experience in security, law enforcement, or military.
- Experience in conducting and facilitating training.
- Availability to work all shifts and a minimum of two weekends a month.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- CPR/AED Instructor Certification (must acquire within 6 months of start).
- DC Armed SPO Commission (must acquire within 6 months of start).
- Bachelor's degree preferred (experience may substitute for degree).
- This position may require work inside and outside in varying temperatures. This position requires standing for prolonged periods of time, walking, bending and some lifting. A portion of this position may require sitting in front of a computer for prolonged periods of time.
