The Account Executive, Excess will work in a team setting conducting risk analysis and servicing renewal accounts for the development and retention of our designated lines of business.
- Production and risk analysis of new and renewal account business.
- Compliance with risk analysis documentation rules and guidelines.
- Maintain an acceptable risk analysis profit.
- Adherence to Admiral’s risk management guidelines and referral compliance.
- Development and maintenance of key broker/agent relationships.
- Participates in all internal company training and continuing education.
- Remains current on product releases as it pertains to Excess Casualty.
- Attends strategic marketing calls to key brokers.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Completed coursework toward a Risk Management, and Insurance Degree a plus.
- Prior work experience in Financial Services, Risk Management or Insurance industry(s) preferable.
- Applicable coursework toward attainment of a CPCU designation desired.
- Strong organization skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical proficiency is required.
