Job Description
Primary Location:
Nampa, Idaho
Production Forklift Operator: As a member of our production team, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Palletizer; make minor adjustments, replenish packaging materials, remove jams, and perform minor cleaning.
- CO2 Filling Operator. Forklift operator certified or willing to obtain.
- Use an electronic device to scan product for inventory.
- Stage materials from storage sites to designated loading area.
- Loads or unloads materials onto or off pallets, skids, or lifting device.
- Dispositions returned, outdated, and damaged product and materials according to established procedures.
- Lubricates forklifts, recharges batteries, or replaces liquefied gas tank as appropriate.
- Completes pre-shift safety inspections in compliance with company standards and policies.
- Wears company provided uniform and safety devices as appropriate to comply with safety and standards and procedures.
- Completes all required Safety, Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices training and demonstrates compliance on a continual basis.
- Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
- Proven reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 LB.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering superior results.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor when representing our company and brands.
- Previous food manufacturing or production experience is valued but not required—we provide on the job training.
