POSITION SUMMARY

Design and create graphics to meet specific organizational needs, such as electronic communications, displays, and print information. Use a variety of mediums to achieve artistic or decorative effects. Design and maintain the agency’s website. Assist in planning, preparation and execution of events.

This role ensures brand consistency and drives engagement through compelling design and strategic event execution, supporting the organization’s mission to guide people toward healthy, fulfilling lives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS STATEMENT(S)

PRIMARY DUTIES: 

Marketing & Communications

A. Create designs, concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts, maintaining brand standards.

B. Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy and select style and size of type.

C. Maintain the agency website for communicating to the general public, potential employees, donors and clients.

D. Plan content and maintain agency social media pages.

E. Plan, design, and prepare internal/external newsletters.

F. Coordinate production of and order all business cards and promotional materials (brochures, capital campaign materials, program materials).

G. Assist in coverage for vendor booths.

H. Create and give presentations as requested.

I. Track and analyze media coverage of events.

J. Supervise production of all print and electronic materials.

K. Identify target market and ensure content and design of materials fit the audience.

L. Coordinate content and list (email or address) deadlines, and communicate to appropriate staff.

M. Assist with Kingdom Resource team initiatives/efforts.

Event Planning

A. Assist Managing Director and Executive Team in planning, preparation and execution of events including Rise & Shine, 1896 Society, special drives, and recognition opportunities.

Responsible for other related duties as assigned.

POSITIONS QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: An associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations and a minimum of two years related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, perform work accurately, organizational skills, and adaptability

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools.

Familiarity with platforms like Constant Contact or CRM systems.

Search Engine Optimization, email marketing basics.

Certifications & Licenses: Valid driver’s license and possess reliable transportation                                           

Other Requirements: Must be able to work flexible hours

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

A. Ability to Stand, Walk, sit, manually manipulate, reach outward and above shoulders, speak, climb, crawl, squat, kneel, and bend on a daily basis

B. Capability to Lift, carry, push or pull up to 25 lbs on a regular basis
