POSITION: Business Office Specialist
AVAILABILITY: Immediate
LOCATION: Administration Center
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional formal training in accounting practices is preferred
- Experience with school business systems and accounts payable processing preferred
- Proficient with PCs, tablets, and other mobile electronic devices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and cloud-based applications
- Familiar with data management systems and analysis
- Attention to detail and experience with data entry, proofing, and editing
- Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed, especially in the use of spreadsheets
- Effective interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong orientation toward providing customer service
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work positively, productively, and ethically with adults
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Office Specialist
SALARY/RATE: $26.09 to $29.12 per hour based on experience and education per Appendix B Salary Schedule (Business Office - Accounts Receivable/Payable) in the District 108 Negotiated Agreement
