Adminify is hiring an Account Executive to help drive new business revenue and play a key role in building our sales organization.
This is not just a standard AE role. We are looking for someone who can sell, lead, help improve the sales process, and grow into a leadership role as the company scales.
The Account Executive will manage qualified opportunities from discovery through close, run product demos, present proposals, handle objections, and help franchise owners and corporate teams understand the value of Adminify’s AI Employees.
The ideal candidate is competitive, coachable, organized, highly motivated, and comfortable selling to business owners, franchise operators, and executive teams.
Own and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities from discovery to close.
Run discovery calls to understand business pain points, missed lead opportunities, staffing gaps, communication issues, and revenue goals.
Present Adminify’s AI Employee solution in a clear, simple, and compelling way.
Lead product demos for franchise owners, multi-location operators, and corporate stakeholders.
Build value around speed-to-lead, missed-call capture, AI automation, unified communications, and appointment booking.
Manage pricing conversations, pilot opportunities, proposals, contracts, and follow-up.
Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain clean CRM notes, deal stages, next steps, and forecasts.
Help build and improve Adminify’s sales process.
Provide feedback on messaging, objections, demos, pricing, and sales materials.
Help train future sales reps as the team expands.
Set the standard for activity, preparation, follow-up, and professionalism.
Work closely with leadership to identify what is working and where the sales process can improve.
Grow into a larger leadership role as Adminify scales.
Partner with SDRs, onboarding, customer success, product, and leadership teams.
Ensure a smooth handoff from closed deal to implementation.
Share customer feedback with the team to help improve the product and customer experience.
Represent Adminify professionally in calls, demos, conferences, and partner meetings.
2 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
Experience closing deals or managing a sales pipeline.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to run discovery, handle objections, and close business.
Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
Comfortable using a CRM and following a structured sales process.
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
Ability to explain technology in simple business terms.
Must be able to work in person Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Experience selling SaaS, AI, automation, CRM, communications, or marketing technology.
Experience selling to franchise owners, multi-location businesses, or SMB operators.
Previous Account Executive, full-cycle sales, or SDR-to-AE experience.
Interest in moving into sales leadership.
Experience with outbound sales, demos, pilots, and enterprise-style sales conversations.
