Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Vice President of Sales to lead, develop, and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. The role involves managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities also include setting sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, and working closely with the CST team. The VP of Sales role does not include running a team of sales folks. Rather focus on selling our solution.
Experience selling through benefits brokers is a must. The more relationships you can bring, the better.
