What we are looking for
We are currently seeking an Area Operations Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Tucson facilities.
As an Area Operations Leader you will oversee and coordinate the operations of multiple healthcare facilities within the Tucson market. Your primary goal will be to ensure that operational processes run smoothly and efficiently, maximizing productivity and minimizing costs. You will work closely with site managers, provide strategic guidance, and implement best practices to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of multiple healthcare facilities within the designated area
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards
Manage budgets, resources, and logistics to optimize efficiency
Collaborate with site managers to resolve operational issues and implement solutions
Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and provide support
Train and mentor site managers and staff on operational best practices
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including patients, staff, and suppliers
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
Leadership Responsibilities:
Manage and inspire the management team while holding individuals accountable to their goals and responsibilities
Demonstrate a proven track record of driving measurable improvements within areas of responsibility
Increase team performance and productivity, execute strategic initiatives, and achieve measurable growth in key business outcomes such as revenue, profitability, or patient satisfaction
Show improvements in employee engagement, retention, and development within teams
Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that directly align with organizational goals and hold individuals accountable for meeting or exceeding those metrics
Essential Education, Experience and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field or job related experience in lieu of.
Experience:
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a multi-site healthcare environment
Progressive leadership in healthcare operations and management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
