This is a full-time, hourly position.
Starting Wage $21.00/hr w/ bonus potential of $150 per loaded train of 85 cars or more. Logansport will average 30 of those trains per year.

- You will be working in our facility loading trucks, cleaning, loading trains Using PLC's, and maintenance.
- Be on your feet the full shift and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Outdoor and indoor exposure to cold and wet working environment.
- Prolonged periods of kneeling, bending and climbing stairs/ladders
- Work at various heights and in confined spaces

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
