Plant Operator – Abilene, KS
This is an hourly level position.

Position Summary:

• Following & participating in all GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety rules
• Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; to understand and follow all company safety procedures
• Operate processing equipment while monitoring system
• Periodic performance of preventative maintenance as required
• Monitor product quality during processing
• Cleaning/sanitation of work area and other areas assigned
• Good communication and writing skills are required
• Other responsibilities that may be added/assigned as the business needs change

• Work rotating shifts, including weekends, and overtime/holidays as needed
• Lift 50 pounds
• Work from heights, sit, stand, kneel, crawl and bend
• Work in variety of hot and cold, wet conditions

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay for this position is expected to be:
