Role Purpose
The Regional Commercial Excellence Lead owns and drives the Commercial Excellence agenda across the region, ensuring consistent execution, capability building, and performance improvement across all business units and markets. This role translates global frameworks into impactful regional execution, embedding sales excellence, CRM adoption, performance management discipline, and capability development to deliver sustainable growth and value creation.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$160,800.00 - $223,900.00
Salaried Incentive Plan
The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus and a long-term incentive plan

Responsibilities
Sales Excellence & Execution
- Lead deployment and adoption of standardized sales methodologies, processes, and playbooks across the region
- Ensure consistency in opportunity management, pipeline discipline, and value-based selling
- Drive execution rigor and accountability across sales teams
- Establish and drive performance management frameworks, including KPIs, dashboards, and cadence (e.g., pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy)
- Translate data into actionable insights to improve win rates, margin, and sales productivity
- Partner with regional leadership to identify performance gaps and lead improvement initiatives
- Own CRM strategy, adoption, and data quality across the region (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics)Ensure CRM is embedded as a core sales tool for pipeline, forecasting, and customer insights
- Drive standardization of reporting and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making
- Partner with IT and global teams on system enhancements and deployments
- Define and execute regional sales capability and training strategy aligned with global frameworks
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to deploy training programs (e.g., sales methodology, negotiation, pricing)
- Ensure continuous capability uplift through coaching, certification, and reinforcement programs
- Support onboarding and development of sales talent
- Translate global Commercial Excellence priorities into regional strategies and execution roadmaps
- Align execution across different business units and countries, ensuring local relevance
- Drive prioritization of key initiatives based on business impact
- Act as the regional point of accountability for Commercial Excellence
- Partner with regional Sales Leadership and BU leaders to ensure alignment and adoption
- Participate in global Commercial Excellence governance and represent regional perspectives
- Coordinate and guide regional Commercial Excellence champions across markets
- Identify and scale best practices across countries and segments
- Steer focus toward high-value opportunities and strategic accounts
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, standardization, and commercial discipline
- 10 years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or related roles
- Strong experience in multinational, matrix organizations
- Proven track record in driving sales transformation, CRM adoption, and performance improvement
- Experience working across regions and cultures
