We’re looking for a highly organised and insight-driven Project Manager – Retail Excellence to lead the end-to-end delivery of our global Retail Transformation program across priority markets.
Based in New York, this role sits within the Shopper function and serves as the operational link between Brand, Trade Marketing, Procurement, Insights, and local markets. You will turn brand intent into market-ready activation programs — ensuring visibility, efficiency, and excellence at scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end retail activation projects, managing scope, timelines, milestones, and escalations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between brand strategy, shopper activation, and market execution.
- Oversee demand planning for POSM, partnering with Supply Chain for accurate forecasting and production alignment.
- Track and analyse material usage, identifying opportunities for portfolio rationalisation.
- Use activation data to inform decision-making, build feedback loops, and support future planning and toolkit development.
- Develop clear dashboards and reporting to demonstrate activation performance and material utilisation.
- Manage planning, production, and delivery of trade materials across markets, ensuring consistency and sustainability standards.
- Coordinate timing and stakeholder alignment for global material rollouts.
- Support operational simplification and efficiency by rationalising POS materials.
- Act as a central communication link across shopper, brand, and adm Indicia teams, providing insight-led activation recommendations.
- 5 years’ experience in shopper trade marketing, brand activation, global operations, or retail execution (FMCG preferred).
- Proven experience working within or with global brand organisations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, sourcing, and creative production processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder networks and cross-functional teams.
- Experience launching global toolkits or campaign frameworks across multiple markets (strong advantage).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of FMCG, retail activation, and the POS materials lifecycle.
