What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fulltime Substitute-High School 26-27 position at ADM Community School District?
The Adel DeSoto Minburn Community School District is seeking applicants interested in being a fulltime substitute at the High School for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is a daily substitute at the 9-12 grade levels. ADM High School is a highly collaborative staff that educates approximately 650 students and shares a complex with the Middle School.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of standards referenced grading and professional learning communities. Applicants must be highly collaborative, demonstrate passion for education and a personal philosophy of doing whatever it takes to help students be successful. Requirements:
- Valid 9-12 Teacher License

- Highly collaborative working with general education teachers both in and outside the grade level, interventionists and parents
