What are the responsibilities and job description for the Software Sales and Business Development position at Adlistics, LLC?

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales/Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele of media buyers. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through an educational sales approach, forging trusted relationships with media buyers at agencies and companies.

A successful approach will develop our user base and their use of the Adlistics media buying platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both media buying agencies and advertising companies
  • Conduct research to identify prospective customers
  • Arrange and conduct sales/business development meetings
  • Educate prospective customers on value provided by Adlistics
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Skills

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven 3-5 years sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Media market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Time management and planning skills

Our Company:
Adlistics offers media buyers with an easy-to-use interface to place orders for print and digital advertising. Based in Boston, Adlistics is a first-to-market SAAS marketplace that connects advertisers to newspaper publications. Launching in January, media buyers save time and money and gain access to information on 1000's of newspapers, websites and other publications.

Adlistics is owned by OnCampus Advertising, an 18-year-old media company focused on the youth market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
