We are looking for a Vice President of Partner Ecosystems to join our leadership team. This role will shape and scale Adlib’s global partner strategy—building world-class relationships with resellers, GSIs, ISVs, OEMs, and boutique consultancies to accelerate adoption and revenue growth.
As VP, Partner Ecosystems, you’ll:
- Lead the design and execution of Adlib’s global partner ecosystem strategy.
- Own the full partner lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, enablement, joint marketing, and pipeline development.
- Drive measurable revenue impact through co-sell, co-market, and co-innovate initiatives.
- Represent Adlib in executive briefings, industry events, and partner QBRs.
- Build and lead a high-performing team that delivers operational excellence.
What we’re looking for:
- 10 years in enterprise software partnerships, with 5 in a senior leadership role.
- Experience driving revenue with GSIs, hyperscalers, and OEM alliances.
- Deep knowledge of Intelligent Document Processing, content automation, or document AI.
- A proven track record scaling partner programs in high-growth environments.
- Strong executive presence, commercial acumen, and relationship-building skills.
- This is a full-time, remote role with global scope.
