Adler, a digital mental health app is seeking a passionate marketing intern to 1) help build a compelling and ambitious product marketing strategy & 2) experiment with social media content strategy. This position is ideal for college students in NYC, who are eager to apply their skills to drive real-world impact & gain experience in product marketing.

Who We’re Looking For
You’re a social media-savvy student or recent grad who lives on Instagram, TikTok, and Canva. You love creating content, following trends, and reaching audiences through visual storytelling. You’re a natural communicator, organized, and excited to be part of something that genuinely helps people.

Responsibilities
• Create and schedule posts, reels, and story content across Instagram, TikTok
• Design on-brand graphics and short-form video content using Canva or CapCut
• Monitor social trends and suggest creative ideas for campaigns and viral reach
• Write captions, hashtags, and descriptions with a strong audience-relatable voice
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and help build a positive community
• Occasionally partner with local colleges (e.g., CUNY, SUNY, NYU, LIU, Hofstra) to run early user testing, gather feedback & practical insights from early users
• Help manage influencer outreach and social collaborations
• Support marketing strategy meetings and give feedback on branding direction

Ideal Candidate
• You’re familiar with Canva, CapCut, or similar apps
• You have an active presence on Instagram, TikTok, or other social platforms (preferably you have experience with audience acquisition on TT)
• You’re up-to-date on memes, Gen Z trends, and what makes people click
• You’re a great communicator with strong writing skills
• You’re reliable, positive, and comfortable working independently
• You’re able to travel locally 2–3x/month for outreach or user engagement
Bonus if you:
• Are studying marketing, communications, psychology, or a health-related field
• Have experience using mental health apps like Calm, Headspace
