What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at ADL Delivery?
Recruiters will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Recruiting Owner/Operators, ICs, and Contractors providing transportation services
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop a sourcing strategy to identify talent and build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Solicit and screen drivers fit for open positions.
- Leverage internal recruiting resources to identify talent.
- Facilitate the recruiting process-talk to candidates throughout the hiring process, from scheduling interviews, extending offers and more.
- Manage and keep candidate records updated and accurate in ATS.
- Build a robust and dynamic personal brand via networking efforts and rich working relationships.
- Maintain driver relationships for future opportunities and always think ahead to the next great match.
- Conducting interviews and filtering drivers for open positions
- Assist with training new recruiters to understand our processes

Education & Experience:
