Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in home inspection
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Home Inspector License
- Knowledge of construction materials
- Strong report writing skills
- Excellent customer service

- Problem-solving skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Will are willing to train the right person. You must have residential construction experience to qualify for training. Candidate must also have taken the InterNACHI Home Inspector course and passed before any inspections can be conducted.
