Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities within the employee benefits sector. Projected salary is only an average based on this job description in your local area. All pay is entirely commission/bonus based on individual and team success in account acquisition and sales execution. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise, particularly in employee benefits sales, to effectively communicate our value proposition to our perspective clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and produce tailored solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and develop strategies that align with client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings in the market.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical sales or account management, preferably within the insurance sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
