Position Summary
The Quality Auditor plays a critical role in ensuring Adkev products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This position is responsible for inspecting, measuring, and evaluating production parts and materials to verify compliance with company, customer, and industry standards.
The Quality Auditor supports Adkev’s commitment to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and compliance with IATF 16949 quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Measure production parts per work instructions using calibrated, accurate gages and record results in the appropriate location. Perform visual inspection of production parts.
· Perform routine quality checks across production workstations throughout the shift.
· Conduct visual inspections to verify product quality and conformance
· Approve and seal production part containers in accordance with quality procedures
· Identify and document non-conforming materials through Discrepant Material Reports (DMR)
· Communicate quality concerns to production leadership to ensure timely corrective action
· Evaluate start-up inspection samples for approving production runs
· Assist with sorting, rework activities, and additional inspection tasks as needed
· Cross-train with other inspectors and support training of team members when required
· Adhere to Adkev, Inc.’s policies, procedures and instructions
· Maintain good housekeeping policies
· Adhere to Adkev, Inc.’s No Fault Attendance policy
· Performs other duties as requested by the Quality Manager of Adkev, Inc.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED required
· 2 years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or plastic injection molding preferred
· Gaging experience
· Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, and Outlook)
· Certified Quality Technician (CQT) preferred but not required

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
