Job Description:
ADK Karting is looking for an experienced and dependable Part-Time Manager to support daily operations at our fast-paced indoor go-karting and entertainment facility. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to think quickly in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and close the facility according to company procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
- Supervise, lead, and work effectively with a team of young adult staff members
- Manage daily operations across all areas of the facility, including:
- Ticketing and admissions
- Go-kart track operations
- Racing simulators
- Arcade operations
- Party rooms and private events
- Guest services
- Ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all guests
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Previous management experience required (hospitality, entertainment, or retail preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to stand and remain active for up to 12 hours per shift
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to learn and work in all operational areas
- Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
