What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Personal Care Assistant/LNA position at ADK Care?
We are looking for an LNA/personal care assistant to help with our happy 12yo special needs daughter at our home on most Saturdays and/or Sundays. Duties would include helping her with all aspects of daily living, including toileting, feeding, physical therapy, etc. Light housekeeping (dishes, laundry, etc.) would be helpful as well. Applicant must be trustworthy, detail-oriented, have reliable transportation, comfortable with giving medications, and be familiar with a Hoyer lift or willing to learn. We are looking for someone for just Saturdays, just Sundays, or someone that can do both. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone interested in special education, nursing, or allied health professions (SLP, OT, PT). LNA certification not required.
