Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Sarasota, FL, for a Public Insurance Adjuster - Property / Sales. The role involves evaluating property damage, drafting thorough insurance claims, and ensuring fair settlements. Additional responsibilities include conducting inspections of damaged properties, documenting evidence, and communicating with clients to guide them through the claims process. This role also requires inbound/outbound lead generation and business development.

- Door-to-door prospecting in assigned territories
- Cold Call Large Loss Commercial Property Owners
- Network with hundreds of referral partners in your territory
- Running property inspections
- Educating and guiding homeowners on their insurance claims process
- Signing clients on contingency
- Working closely with our back-office claims team

Adjusters Advice is a fast-growing Public Adjusting firm representing Florida residential and commercial property damage. We advocate for our clients to ensure insurance companies pay fair and accurate settlements.
We handle residential and commercial claims from start to finish, including damage from fire, wind, water, mold, and storms. Our team works diligently to provide professional support and guidance throughout the claims process, ensuring clients receive the compensation they deserve.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance and knowledge of Insurance Claims processes
- Experience in Claims Handling
- Understanding of Property Damage assessment and related reporting
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively
- Knowledge of Florida insurance regulations and standards is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6-20, 3-20, 7-20 or 70-20 All-Lines Insurance Adjuster License required to start
- Must have reliable transportation
