Dynamic apparel company seeking an experienced Trim Developer to join the team. This role will involve collaborating closely with Design, Merch and Sourcing teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective components that match the brand’s aesthetic. Proficiency in PLM systems and Excel required.
Responsibilities include:
- Seasonal sourcing – partner with design and merch teams to understand creative direction and research new trim materials, techniques and trends
- Supplier & vendor management – communicate daily with mills working on development and execution
- Data management - input and manage all trim specifications in PLM
- Library maintenance - establish and organize a physical and digital master trim library for internal reference
