Home décor division of multi-divisional company seeks an experienced Production Associate who will be responsible for managing all aspects of product from development through final delivery. This role will ensure the design intent, quality standards, and timelines are achieved across multiple product categories and suppliers. The ideal candidate will manage sampling and on-time shipment, review and approve pre-production samples, lab dips and packaging and will partner with design and merchandising to maintain product quality, cost and aesthetic standards. This position will require regular overseas travel to visit the factories, monitor production progress, quality control and compliance. Experience from the home décor market required.
