Summary:
This role is responsible for managing the weekly sales and order forecasts for specific segments of business. It will require a strong building relationship with retail channel partners as well as sales, marketing, operations & logistics. This role will actively coordinate planning and identify risk & opportunity predicated upon the current forecasts while requiring individual work to provide analysis that is concise and actionable.
A major responsibility will be managing the weekly CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) process with our retail channel partners. Performance will be measured against assigned sales goals, channel inventory targets (WOS) and forecast accuracy. Finally, there will be a consistent requirement to identify macro trends and produce a weekly risk analysis all while measuring daily & weekly sales achievement.

Responsibilities:
- Manage weekly CPFR process with Retail or Distribution Customers
- Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell in and Sell Thru units
- Ensure Order Management accuracy in ERP system - SAP
- Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas
- Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations
- Manage and measure supply chain processes including channel risk and shipping performance
- Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building internally and externally
- Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Required Skills:
