Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- Product Owner working with Business gathering requirements, then working with Architecture team to decipher what Business requirements are into Epics/Features to be passed to Scrum teams.
Typical task breakdown:
- Leading AVT’s (business to architecture team decomposition to scrum teams.
Education & Experience Required:
- Years of experience: minimum of 8 years’ experience. An advanced degree DOES NOT reduce this requirement
- Degree requirement: BS in related field

- Studied Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Technical Skills:
- Must understand Confluence and Azure DevOps (not Jira)
- PowerPoint skills to build out program slides and updates
- Power Bi skills
Soft Skills
- Well-spoken and easy to understand, lots of meetings will be virtual so being able to speak clearly and being able to be understood is mandatory
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00- $61.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
