Payrate: $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Comanages and follows through Channel Marketing content creation, ensuring marketing assets and playbooks land on time with the Field teams and is fulfilling seasonal business and marketing objectives
- Drive dynamic Line of Business community communications flow, ensure community is kept informed, aligned and focused on key priorities of the cycle and updates to execute.
- Work closely with/reports directly to the Lob Channel Marketing leader to facilitate field landing.
- Works in collaboration with: Channel Discipline Leads, Product Marketing Team PMs, and Account Teams to providing feedback to Corp on asset effectiveness in Field.
Skills:
- Strong familiarity with AI-powered workflows
- Effective project/program management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail with ability to work cross-functionally within a matrixed organizational structure
- Must be a self-starter that effectively manages priorities to achieve results
- Must have a can-do attitude and desire to learn with a customer service mindset
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required.
- 5-7 years related experience required.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $40.00 - $45.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
