What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Engineer position at Aditi Consulting?
Payrate: $50.00- $55.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting initiatives to reduce the cost associated with Direct Telecom expenses and optimize call routing within the region.
- Developing a monthly interconnect implementation plan that supports macro, small cell, CRAN, 5G, VRAN, Small Cell C-Band build targets.
- Working closely with all groups within the Network team including RF Design, Real Estate, Construction, Operations, Facilities, System Performance and the Area Planning team.
- Managing vendors to meet targeted network milestones and turn-up dates.
- Managing projects of new technologies/ services in the region related to cell site engineering and operations.
- Interface constantly with higher levels of the management team across various organizations as part of the process of managing all facets of large, complex infrastructure deployments.
- Manage budgets, procurement, and complete project management ensuring objectives are met in accordance with stated timelines.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $50.00- $55.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
