What are the responsibilities and job description for the Design Engineer position at Aditi Consulting?
Payrate: $41.00 - $42.00/hr.
Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- Responsible for training Catalogue maintenance and organization. Duties include training interns and ERDs every year, creating, organizing, and deploying training in current location (Enable Now), building new training in Workday, and creating a more comprehensive set of engineering training material specifically for new and onboard engineers.
Typical task breakdown:
- New training identified. Training format decided. (virtual, in person, one pager, course, quick start, reference doc,etc)
- Provide requirements to training resource team
- Manage the creation of training material,
- Review, publish, advertise newly created training.
Education & Experience Required:
- Years of experience: 5—10 years of engineering experience
- Degree requirement: bachelor/ associates with 7 years’ experience
Skills:
- Written Communication and organization with respect to training/ informational documents
- Taking initiative
- Ability to speak and work with large groups of people
Technical Skills:
- English grammar and written communication skills
- Training creation software
- Understand use of Teamcenter, Creo, Visualization (JT) Files
Soft Skills:
- Public speaking
- Organization
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $41.00 - $42.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
