Data Scientist

Payrate: $57.00 - $58.00/hr.
 
Position Contributions to Work Group:

• Develop and maintain scorecard and reports by consolidating data from multiple sources.
• Assist in Cost savings activities:
  • Coordinate RBM/ABP process - work with peers to understand and develop latest tools
  • Develop cost reporting framework to review monthly results
  • Consolidate all cost savings activities to provide director and strategy manager with visibility and actions to accelerate
  • Collaborate with Cost Management Team on governance and idea generation
• Assist in maintaining category strategies and source matrices
• Document procedures and new tools using standard work.
• Lead change management in implementing procedures and tools.

• Assist with monthly reporting on team metrics, cost savings and tariff analysis
• Lead development of data analytics to assist category teams in making strategic sourcing decisions

• Communicates effectively to develop standard procedures
• Applies problem-solving techniques across diverse procurement scenarios
• Analyzes procurement data to generate actionable insights

• Proficient in Power BI, PROcure, and tools like CICT, Lognet, MRC, PO Inquiry, AoS
• Expertise in Snowflake and data mining
• Prior experience in Procurement
• Familiarity with monthly reporting processes, including ABP (Annual Business Plan) and RBM (Rolling Business Management)
• Demonstrated expertise in cost savings initiatives
• Machine Learning and AI

• Years of experience: 3-5
• Degree requirement: Bachelor’s degree

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $57.00 - $58.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
