Summary:
This role supports Success Program by leading a POD of vendor Cloud Solution Architects. Responsibilities include delivery governance, quality assurance, technical oversight, workload planning, KPI tracking, customer engagement readiness, and escalations. The scope spans Azure, AI, Security, and Modern Work engagements, ensuring all delivery meets standards for technical depth, consistency, and operational compliance.
Skills:
- Azure Core Services (Compute, Networking, Storage, Identity)
- Azure AI & Cognitive Services Azure Security & Defender Suite Modern Work / M365
- Azure DevOps & GitHub Power BI for reporting and analytics ITIL/Service Management tooling Automation tooling for dashboards and delivery workflows
Must have skills:
- Deep expertise in Azure architecture and cloud governance
- Experience leading delivery teams or multi-vendor environments Strong project/program management capabilities Proficiency in delivery lifecycle governance and SLAs
- Ability to audit, evaluate, and correct technical deliverables
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
- Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert ITIL

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $65.00 - $70.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
